ARISTOTELIO PANEPISTIMIO THESSALONIKIS (AUTH)

AUTH will be involved in WP5 for testing and evaluating SIPHO-G’s neuromorphic demonstrator. It will bring to SIPHO-G its expertise in system level design and simulation, focusing on neuromorphic applications, as well as its expertise in development of training models and algorithms for Deep Learning applications. AUTH will perform experimental characterization of the constituent components, as well as the whole system, of its fully-connected neuromorphic layer, and proceed with the system level verification of the photonic neuromorphic network by applying data patterns corresponding to well-known DL benchmarking datasets, to conclude with the network’s performance evaluation.
