NXT is the theory partner in the project developing and providing advanced modelling capabilities for calculating the optical absorption spectra and refractive index (n,k) in SiGe heterostructures under electric field. Luceda Photonics (LUCE)

Luceda Photonics will research and develop device behavioural models for the novel devices. Luceda will interact with the different partners to validate them for use in circuit design and simulation within the IPKISS Photonics Design Platform, and to couple the device model to device CAD modelling.
